The Christian readers here are certainly aware of the Bible's popular adage, "He who lives by the sword dies by the sword." This early afternoon, a cruel Kasoa armed robber was butchered by his own cutlass. Robbers carrying firearms and other weapons in broad daylight suddenly seem to be the norm. Because of the recent increase in robbery incidents, robbers are being pursued virtually every day. A thief was apprehended in the Odododiodio constituency, and after understanding that he stole because he was hungry, like most of the criminals we encounter, he was forced to work and given food.
But not in the case of this gentleman, who was apprehended by Kasoa's enraged inhabitants today. Kasoa, which has recently become a hotspot for criminals, has earned a spot on the map as one of the country's most populated areas for armed robbery. Ritualists and robbers have recently been causing the residents of Kasoa the most difficult times of their lives. The thief in the images, according to Utv, attacked a vulnerable woman and raised his cutlass at her. He demanded her phone and all of her belongings, including her phone and money.
She quickly poured all into him, and when she was just a few steps away from him, she screamed 'thief' 'thief,' and was apprehended by the abled men of Kasoa. The young man chopped his fingers with his own cutlass, severely injuring him. He was brought to the Kasoa Polyclinic for treatment before the police took him away to administer their own punishment in accordance with the law. The topic of discussion is whether the youth did a good job of punishing him right away. The use of mob justice has traditionally been frowned upon. And, while the general public may like to inspire fear in robbers, doing so exacerbates the problem and undermines our judicial system.
