Eight Barcelona players have reportedly been advised that they are free to leave the club this summer. Neto, Samuel Umtiti, Clement Lenglet, Martin Braithwaite, Memphis Depay, Sergino Dest, Oscar Mingueza, and Riqui Puig have all been linked with a move away from Camp Nou.

According to a report in Diario SPORT, Xavi is being forced to make some difficult decisions and sacrifices in order to help the team. Barcelona's finances are still a shambles, and according to Javier Tebas, they need to sell players before adding anyone.

Neto has been a backup to Marc-André ter Stegen since joining Barcelona, although he has never been able to challenge him for a starting place. The Brazilian goalkeeper was unable to force his way into the starting XI, even when the German's form deteriorated.

Samuel Umtiti had been placed on the transfer list and was on the verge of being released. He has been battling for a spot at the club, but it appears that he has lost.

Clement Lenglet has struggled recently and is one of the players the club is hoping to offload this summer. The Frenchman might easily pique interest due to his ability to perform in the top division.

Josep Bartomeu's tenure as club president was highlighted by the contentious signing of Martin Braithwaite. He has performed admirably in matches, but his time at the club may be coming to an end with the likely arrival of Robert Lewandowski.

Who knows who else might be leaving Barcelona this summer?

Memphis Depay is another player whose playing time will be drastically decreased if Lewandowski joins the team. In the pecking order, Aubameyang is already ahead of him, and the Dutchman may be forced to go.

In January, Sergino Dest was linked with a move away, with Chelsea apparently being keen. The Blues are still interested, according to SPORT, and Stamford Bridge might be his next destination.

Oscar Mingueza and Riqui Puig both graduated from La Masia with a lot of hope riding on their shoulders. They have, however, been placed on the transfer list and may be on their way out.
