According to reports, AC Milan and Juventus have entered the competition to recruit Chelsea's Christian Pulisic. The American forward has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge in order to gain more playing time.
Two Serie A clubs are reportedly interested in signing Pulisic, according to the Daily Mail. AC Milan and Juventus are both looking to improve their attacking options and regard the 23-year-old as the best option.
Pulisic appeared in 22 Premier League games last season, logging a total of 1286 minutes on the field. He was dissatisfied, as he only had six goals and two assists in his outings.
Pulisic confessed to the media earlier this week that he wanted to play more, but that he was working hard to gain more opportunities. He also stated that he is now unconcerned about transfer speculations and is only worrying about the national team. He stated, "
"As far as I'm concerned, I'm obviously only concerned with what I'm doing right now. And I'm really looking forward to being here. That's all there is to it. Of course, I'd like to see more time on the field. I want to be on the field as much as possible, and I want to be as sharp and fit as possible. And I believe I still have a lot of games ahead of me, but it's always something I'm working on and trying to be consistent at club level in order to be in the greatest shape possible when I come here with the national team."
Chelsea has ordered Christian Pulisic to quit the club.
Frank Leboeuf believes Pulisic's situation at Stamford Bridge will not improve next season, and has pushed him to consider his options.
According to Football.London, the former defender stated on ESPN:
"I believe it is debatable whether he has more influence with the national team than Chelsea. I don't see him playing much at Chelsea in the future. That's more of a piece of advise than my desire to see him go. He'll have to find another squad if he still wants to be 'Captain America' next season."
Pulisic has also been linked with a move to Liverpool, who are looking for a replacement for Sadio Mane.
