A teacher trainee in Ghana has made history by impregnating the headmistress of the school where he was assigned, as well as many female teachers and two dozen kids.
The young man, a teacher trainee in Teaching Practice in one of the Basic Schools in the Asokore Mampong Municipality, had impregnated 24 female students, according to the viral report, which was initially shared by Voltawebpage.com and later confirmed by Ghanafeed.
As if that wasn't bad enough, the nameless teacher is also accused of having four female instructors and the headmistress pregnant.
When the community learned of the trainee's relationship with the headmistress, the scandal was exposed.
He is believed to be a level 400 student-teacher from a well-known Western Region College of Education.
Meanwhile, he is said to have been arrested by the Asokore Mampong Municipal Police Command pending further investigation.
The Ghana Education Service and the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission's Teaching Practice Rules forbid student-teachers from behaving in ways that jeopardize the smooth operation of schools.
