Please expound on the dangers of modern music and dance prevalent in our society today and their relationship to satanic bondage.
I read just the other day where some film makers were shooting a film in Africa. They had just started playing the music for the film when one of the tribal people came to them and said, "I wouldn't play that music if I were you."
"Why not?" asked the film crew.
"Well," responded the tribesman, "I don't know where you got it, but that is the music we use to call up the dead spirits to worship them."
The modern world has gone to the pagan, heathen peoples and brought back the offbeat and hard beat rhythms they use. Without knowing it, many of our young people today are worshiping the devil.
When I was in Brazil, one third of all the people were spiritists. I never had to cast out so many devils anywhere in the world as I did in Brazil. Every third person in any gathering was a spiritist. While I was there, they told me that American musicians and dancers came from places like New York and Chicago to record their music and take it back to teach Americans.
If you pick up the devil's music and start singing it and playing it, you're involving yourself with hell. I would say that any kind of music which tears up a person's insides the way rock music does destroys spiritual strength and power. Young people who constantly play it at an ear-splitting level until it pounds into their brains show that they are already very close to possession.
Any time a person abandons his mind like this and throws it into neutral, so to speak, he opens his spirit to demonic possession. You should never do that. Keep your mind strong and alert and controlled —keep it on Jesus.
