Mikel Arteta has given Gabriel Jesus a boost in his transfer after the snub of Serge Gnabry makes way for a £55 million Arsenal bargain.

While Arsenal's idea is popular, Gabriel Jesus' agent recently told Italian reporter Fabrizio Romano that six other teams are interested in his client.

Tottenham and Juventus have previously been linked with the Brazilian international, but now it's Real Madrid's turn.

According to Cadena Ser via Marca, Jesus is one of several players who have recently been offered to the Champions League winners and is 'being considered' after his representative contacted the La Liga side.

It is also stated that, unlike other ideas,  Carlo Ancelotti, which may increase interest.

However, former Arsenal player Serge Gnabry has already revealed Real Madrid's stance on bringing in new attackers this summer, which will undoubtedly disappoint Mikel Arteta.

This is because, despite the fact that Gnabry appears to be on his way out of Bayern Munich after contract talks fell through, Los Blancos are not interested in signing him and have shown no interest thus far because they are happy with Rodrygo and Marco Asensio.

Real already has strong competition on the flanks, and it also has one of the world's best attackers in Karim Benzema, the undisputed center forward at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Although he has recently taken on a more wide role for Manchester City, Jesus' natural position is down the middle, but Real Madrid's current system requires him to play wide suggest that, despite his adaptability, he would not be a guaranteed starter in Spain.

This could be a major stumbling block for the player, as many reports have stated that the 25-year-old wants to play a key role at his next club after receiving inconsistent game time under Pep Guardiola – something that could happen again under Ancelotti.

Meanwhile, a transfer to Arsenal would provide the majority of what Jesus is looking for.

Not only would he most likely replace Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette as the club's main strikers, but he could also play out wide with Nicolas Pepe's future uncertain.

Regular game time will no longer be an issue for Jesus, and he will join an exciting young club in a league he is already familiar with. Not to mention that this team is managed by someone he greatly admires after two years of being taught by Arteta at The Citizens.

Conversations between Arsenal and Jesus' representatives have reportedly been ongoing for several months, with Manchester City reportedly hoping for a sum in the region of £55 million.

Despite the fact that he only has a little more than a year left on his current contract, these lengthy discussions are likely to have resulted in a positive connection, which could lead to demands being relaxed.

As this transfer link has developed, it has become clear that it is less about the money and more about the project and role that it entails. Jesus wants to be respected, so Arsenal is the ideal setting.

Real Madrid, Juventus, and even Tottenham Hotspur may be able to offer Jesus Champions League football, but if Jesus wants to play, he must go elsewhere. he’ll make the proper decision and reunite with, in his words, “a fantastic manager” in Arteta.
