The Head of Exchange Money Unit of the Money related Division of the Bank of Ghana, Edward Markwei Jr, has told a Monetary and Financial Court in Accra, that Previous Representative Minister of Money, Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, returned again to the impact of the money serve when he meant a letter referring to his outfit to fan out Letters of Credit for Colossal Ocean General Exchanging Ltd of Dubai to cover the importation of fifty ambulances.
