One individual has been confirmed dead, while two others, including a fifteen year old youngster, are seeking treatment at the center following a weapon battle at Krokrobite in the Ga South Municipality.
Citi News sources say the two gatherings are taken part in a weapon battle about who has the choice to perform functions to lift the limitation on drumming and upheaval making.
It is cloudy who the blameworthy gatherings are, but peaceful was restored in the locale after the Krokrobite Police visited the district.
The limitation on drumming and disturbance making in the Ga State began on May 9, 2022.
"This issue is between the two gatherings in Kokrobite who are doing combating about who has the honor to perform customs to perceive the lifting of the disallowance on drumming and uproar making".
"One gathering forewarned the other not to partake in drumming and upheaval making since a top of the town is dead, but that didn't go down well with people from the other gathering who battled and started shooting achieving the death of one while two others including a fifteen-year-old youngster upheld shot wounds," Mary Obits Saa, a spectator, told Citi News.
Jerry Nunoo, a specialist Assistant at the Kokrobite Health Center where the two other people who upheld release wounds are being managed shown the level of shot wounds to individuals being referred to.
"Two losses were brought here after the gun battle. A 38-year-old individual and a 15-year-old youngster. The 15-year-old youngster encountered a wounding on the mid-arm on the right and the lady had an infiltrated contorted on the two thighs, at this point we will insinuate them to the Weija Gbawe Municipal Hospital for extra treatment," Jerry Nunoo said.
A drive of the two gatherings has been welcome to the police headquarters for the obstruction.
