Chelsea has won the race to sign a world-class attacker.

After new Chelsea owner Todd Boehly given him a £200 million transfer budget to make his dream recruits, Thomas Tuchel is prepared to join the already open summer transfer window.

The Germany coach has entered the market following the projected exits of Romelu Lukaku, Cesar Azpilicueta, and Marcos Alonso. He is close to completing a trio of transfers that will overhaul his squad, according to recent reports.According to the Sun Football, French striker Ousmane Dembele is close to signing a free agent contract with Chelsea after rejecting PSG. Given Timo Werner's and Hakim Ziyech's uncertain futures, Dembele is frequently viewed as the ideal target for Tuchel's blunt attacking alternatives.

Chelsea are the frontrunners to sign Manchester City forward Raheem Sterling, according to the same report. Sterling is expected to leave the Etihad.

Meanwhile, the deal for Jules Kounde is still in the works, with the London heavyweights negotiating with Sevilla.

AFTER THE SPURS SWAP FAILED, THE £59M PLAYER IS REPORTEDLY 95% SURE TO JOIN CHELSEA NOW.

Jules Kounde's move to Chelsea is almost certain to happen, and Tottenham Hotspur will be devastated if it does.

This summer, Tottenham is looking for a central defender.

An Inter official was said to have flown into London on Saturday to discuss with Fabio Paratici how serious Spurs are in signing Alessandro Bastoni.

The truth is that if the Lilywhites had bought the Chelsea-bound defender last summer, they wouldn't have needed to improve this position.

The French powerhouse is almost probably joining Thomas Tuchel's side, according to journalist Graeme Bailey, who spoke to the Si and Dan Chelsea podcast on Thursday.

Kitbag now has the new Barcelona home kit for the 22/23 season - some exclusions apply.

"Jules Kounde will come in, we know that," Bailey said. He wishes to visit Chelsea. "It's 95 percent complete."

Kounde is a name that Tottenham fans will remember for a long time. That's because they were the ones who signed the Sevilla defender ten months ago, not the Blues.

According to Di Marzio at the time, Paratici had reached an agreement with the Spanish club to send the 23-year-old to North London in return for Davinson Sanchez, only for Kounde to shun the deal [Marca].That will have wounded Spurs at the time, but now that he's about to join perhaps their second-biggest rivals, it'll reopen old scars for players like Paratici and Daniel Levy.

Chelsea are expected to pay £59 million for Jules Kounde, but given his age, profile, and developing skill, it might be deemed a bargain in years to come.

If Tottenham had been successful in swapping him for Sanchez last year, it would have been an even better bargain.
