Bayern Munich have had two bids rejected for Sadio Mane, who has been linked with a move away from Liverpool.
As speculation surrounding Sadio Mane's future persists, he has been cautioned that he risks "losing his Liverpool legacy.
Bayern Munich continues to be interested in Sadio Mane. Liverpool has already turned down two proposals for the Senegalese international and is anticipating a third.
The Reds are holding out for a sum of around £42.75 million for the forward, who has one year left on his contract and has dropped a number of cryptic hints about his future, first before the Champions League final last month and then while on international duty with Senegal.
And Liverpool midfielder Gabriel Agbonlahor has warned Sadio Mane against making comments that may make him unpopular with the club's supporters. The former Aston Villa striker went on to add that the 29-year-old should treat the Reds with more "respect.
"If I were Mane, I'd be very careful not to jeopardize his Liverpool history," Agbonlahor told Football Insider. "To me, he's a Liverpool legend, and he doesn't want to offend Liverpool fans by saying the wrong thing.
"He says he wants to leave, but he can still treat Liverpool with respect." They paid a large sum of money for you and provided you with a platform to prove you're a top, top player. I don't believe there is any.
Players need to understand that if there's a camera or a microphone in front of them, they can't make jokes about their team. Liverpool supporters are going through a difficult period.
"All he has to say is, 'You know what, I want to leave, Liverpool can't satisfy my contract demands, I want to go somewhere else, but I'll always love Liverpool.' There are a variety of options for getting out.
