A US judge has excused an assault charge claim against Cristiano Ronaldo in light of the fact that the informer's legal counselor depended on spilled and taken records.
Kathryn Mayorga claims that the Manchester United footballer assaulted her at a Las Vegas inn in 2009.
He denies the claims and has never been charged.
She supposedly reached an out-of-court settlement with the star in 2010, yet has been looking for millions more than the $375,000 (£304,000) she got.
