Several players have left as free agents in an era of the transfer window, as clubs look to bolster their rosters ahead of the 2022/2023 season. And as a result, here are eight strikers who are free to join with any team this summer.
Dybala, Paulo
After joining Juventus in 2015 for a rumoured sum of €40 million from Palermo, the 32-cap international is currently without a club. During his time with Juventus, Dybala, 28, scored 95 Serie A goals, 18 Champions League goals, and 47 combined assists [44 Serie A assists]. Inter Milan are reportedly interested in signing the Argentine, who is a free agent this summer.
Luis Suarez is a Uruguayan footballer.
The 35-year-old Uruguayan is also a free agent this summer after Atletico Madrid did not extend his two-year deal at the end of the season. Suarez finished his time at Wanda Metropolitano with one title (La Liga) and 32 goals, as well as five assists.
Cavani, Edinson
Similar to an international teammate, Luis Suarez, the 35-year-old is a free agent this summer after nearly two years with Manchester United. In two seasons, the prolific attacker noted for his time at Napoli and Paris Saint-German scored 12 goals and added three assists.
Origi, Divock
The Belgian International's eight-year career with Liverpool came to an end this summer when he announced his departure in quest of regular playing time elsewhere. The 27-year-old joined Liverpool from Lille OSC in 2014 for a reputed amount of €12.6 million, but he is currently without a club. AC Milan, the Italian Serie A winners, are apparently interested in signing him.
Burak Yilmaz is a Turkish Footballer.
This summer, the Turkish international is also a free agent after his two-year contract with Lille OSC in France was not extended. The 36-year-next old's stop has yet to be determined. Burak - jumped on 20 goals on all accounts and contributed 7 assists in two seasons in France's Ligue 1.
Andriy Yarmolenko is a Ukrainian footballer.
The 32-year-old Ukrainian, who is known for his shooting skills, is currently without a club after West Ham United decided not to extend his contract after four years this summer. Yarmolenko's next club is yet unknown, as he is currently playing for the Ukraine national team in the ongoing Nations League Tournament.
Dzyuba, Artem
One of Russia's most clinical forwards is set to become a free agent after Zenit St. Petersburg released him after six years. His next club this summer is still uncertain at the age of 32, but as a Zenith player, he has 84 goals and 51 assists in the Russian Premier League.
Larin, Cyle
According to sources, the Canadian who is currently with the national team has left Besiktas JK after four and a half years. Last season, Larin, 27, scored seven goals in 29 league appearances. According to the transfer market, he is worth €11.3 million and is a free agent looking for a new club this summer.
