A US judge has excused an assault charge claim against Cristiano Ronaldo in light of the fact that the informer's legal counselor depended on spilled and taken records.
Kathryn Mayorga charges that the Manchester United footballer assaulted her at a Las Vegas inn in 2009.
He denies the claims and has never been charged.
