According to Fabrizio Romano, the La Liga club is hoping to complete a deal for the adolescent attacker in the coming days, beating off Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur, Olympique Marseille, and RB Leipzig, who have all been linked with the Angers star.

Real Sociedad and Angers are nearing an agreement on Mohamed-Ali Cho. Work in process as final details on payment arrangements are finalized and then negotiated.exchanges
Real Sociedad are keen to sign the talented youngster, who was born in 2004, as soon as feasible.
Cho, a centre-forward by profession but also capable of playing out wide on the right, is a regular at youth level for France, and his efforts last season placed him on the radar of Liverpool and Tottenham, both of which are interested in signing him for the future.
However, it now appears that Sociedad has won the race for Cho, with the Basque club being one of the best in La Liga at luring promising young players away from large European clubs. A move down south could also be good to the Frenchman's growth.
Over the years, Sociedad has hosted some of Europe's best players, and Cho's development in La Liga might be ideal for the youngster, considering the league's slower pace compared to Ligue 1, which is a lot more fierce and physical competition than the Spanish top flight.
Cho would have been a step up in the Premier League if he had signed with Liverpool or Tottenham, but with Sociedad in advanced talks to sign him, it appears that Spain will be the attacker's future home this summer if the deal goes through.
Despite Premier League interest, Cho's move to Sociedad is the right one.

Many European players dream of playing in the Premier League, and Cho will no likely star in the Premier League one day if he continues his development at Sociedad, with the La Liga side serving as the ideal stepping stone for the Frenchman.
Cho's current game is ideal for La Liga, and with Sociedad as a club that prides itself on nurturing young players, the adolescent forward will improve dramatically if given the means to thrive with the Basque giants next season.
Cho lit up Ligue 1 last season with four goals and the attention of some of Europe's best clubs, with many experts and scouts predicting Cho's rise to greatness in the future years. And now, Sociedad, get ready.
