Female rapists/robbers were on the lookout targeting young male commuters, prompting the Zimbabwe Republic Police to issue an alert.
This follows two males being forced to have sex with female thieves while on a commercial bus.
According to authorities, a 22-year-old male was robbed of US$50, a mobile phone, and some personal documents after boarding an unlicensed Honda Fit meant for a cab in one of the instances.
The car contained four occupants, one guy and three women, according to the police report.
The thieves allegedly changed the route before robbing the commuter and forcing him to have sex with one of the female suspects.
"The suspects changed the course along the way before robbing the complainant of his possessions and forced him to sign a document." According to the police statement, "he had sexual intercourse with one of the female suspects."
A 20-year-old male was robbed of US$40, a mobile phone, and his wallet after boarding a Honda Fit with two men and three women in another instance. The third victim was a 20-year-old guy who was robbed of $40, a wallet, and a cellphone after being promised a ride in a Honda Fit with five occupants, two men and three women.
The complainant was kidnapped and taken to an unknown house, where they slept together before releasing him.
This isn't the first time that female rapists have been on the lookout. After entering private automobiles, a number of reports of males being raped or sexually abused by female assailants were on the rise.
In 2011, there was a countrywide gang of women that raped males. According to reports, the ladies would prey on unsuspecting male victims and take their sperm for rituals.
