Two people, who supposedly sodomized a 13-year-old kid at La, a suburb of Accra, have been hauled before the Orientation Based Viciousness Court (GBVC) at the Police central command.
Francis Agyei Okpoti, otherwise known as Cecia, a 21-year-old Bricklayer and Emmanuel Mensah Lartey, a 29-year-old driver's mate, have been accused of two counts of contamination, each.
The blamed people have argued not liable under the steady gaze of the court managed by Mrs Abena Amponsah.
They have been allowed bail in the amount of GHC50,000 with two guarantees each.
The court requested that the guarantees should have properties worth the bail total.
The blamed people are to return on June 29 for Case The executives Meeting.
Indicting Boss Monitor Simon Terkpor said the complainant, a 51-year-old driver, was the dad of the person in question, and that they lived at La, Accra.
The blamed people, the indictment said, likewise lived inside the very region and that Okpoti's home was nearby the complainant's home.
It said he (Okpoti) had been sending the casualty on tasks.
The arraignment said on August 15, 2022, during the day, Okpoti sent the casualty to proceed to get him sachet water and on his return, the denounced had gone into his washroom and requested that the casualty carry the water to the restroom and the casualty obliged.
It said Okpoti then, at that point, maneuvered the casualty by hand into the restroom, pulled down his shorts to the bow level and had butt-centric sex with the casualty in the washroom and asked the casualty not to illuminate anybody.
The arraignment said in September 2021, Okpoti followed the casualty to a public latrine at La and again had butt-centric sex with him.
As per the arraignment, on February 28, this year, at night, Lartey met the casualty at the La Melcom region where he was selling sachet water and beverages.
It said Lartey baited the casualty into one of the homerooms of a government funded school at La and had butt-centric sex with him.
The indictment said the complainant in Spring this year had data from the casualty's sister through an educator that the casualty had been physically manhandled.
At the point when the complainant asked the person in question, he referenced the names of the charged people.
It said a report was made at the Aggressive behavior at home and Casualties Backing Unit and the complainant was given a Police clinical structure to look for treatment at an emergency clinic for the person in question.
The denounced people were subsequently captured by the Police.
