Two individuals, who probably sodomized a 13-year-old youngster at La, a suburb of Accra, have been pulled before the Direction Based Violence Court (GBVC) at the Police headquarters.
Francis Agyei Okpoti, also called Cecia, a 21-year-old Bricklayer and Emmanuel Mensah Lartey, a 29-year-old driver's mate, have been blamed for two counts of pollution, each.
The accused individuals have contended not obligated under the watchful eye of the court oversaw by Mrs Abena Amponsah.
They have been permitted bail in how much GHC50,000 with two ensures each.
The court mentioned that the assurances ought to have properties worth the bail complete.
The faulted individuals are to return on June 29 for Case The chiefs Meeting.
Prosecuting Manager Screen Simon Terkpor said the complainant, a 51-year-old driver, was the father of the individual being referred to, and that they inhabited La, Accra.
The accused individuals, the arraignment said, moreover resided inside the very district and that Okpoti's house was close by the complainant's home.
It said he (Okpoti) had been sending the loss on errands.
The arraignment said on August 15, 2022, during the day, Okpoti sent the loss to continue to get him sachet water and on his return, the criticized had gone into his washroom and mentioned that the setback convey the water to the bathroom and the loss obliged.

According to the arraignment, on February 28, this year, around evening time, Lartey met the loss at the La Melcom area where he was selling sachet water and drinks.
It said Lartey bedeviled the loss into one of the homerooms of an administration subsidized school at La and had butt-driven sex with him.
The prosecution said the complainant in Spring this year had information from the loss' sister through a teacher that the setback had been actually mauled.
Exactly when the complainant posed the individual in inquiry, he referred to the names of the charged individuals.
It said a report was made at the Forceful way of behaving at home and Losses Sponsorship Unit and the complainant was given a Police clinical construction to search for treatment at a crisis facility for the individual being referred to.
The upbraided individuals were in this way caught by the Police.
