An Accra Circuit Court has remanded into Police guardianship a 25-year-old water supplier for evidently degrading and impregnating a 13-year-old lawful guide's young lady in Accra.
Michael Takyi claims he had sex with the setback on two occasions, but he was not liable for the pregnancy.
Blamed for two counts of defilement, Takyi, otherwise called Yaw, has contended not obligated. The case has been excused to June 28.
Takyi was remanded considering the way that he didn't have even the remotest clue about his home area and he let the court in on that he abided in an uncompleted construction at Oyarifa.
Declining the charged person's bail, the court said it moreover remembered to be the gravity of the offense when considered to be reprehensible.

Prosecuting, Partner Overseer of Police (ASP) Maxwell Oppong, said the complainant was a lawful guide living in Accra and the father of loss.
ASP Oppong said the reprimanded used to stay with the complainant and his family as a houseboy between the year 2020 to 2022.
According to the prosecution, on June 2, this year, the complainant, and his soul mate separated change in the individual being referred to and quickly rushed her to a center just to be educated that the setback was 26 weeks, three days pregnant.
It said when the loss was analyzed, she said among October and November 2021, Takyi actually had sex with her on two occasions.
It said a report was made at the Police base camp and a clinical design was given to the complainant to send the loss to a facility for extra evaluation and treatment.
The arraignment said Takyi was caught and during questioning in his clarification, he yielded having participated in sexual relations with the loss on two occasions "in a manner of speaking."
