N'golo Kante, a Chelsea midfielder, has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge, with a number of European clubs interested in signing him.

Manchester United, the Blues' English Premier League rivals, are reportedly interested in signing the World Cup winner this summer.

Since joining Chelsea from Leicester City in 2016, Kante has spent the last six years at the club.

With N'Golo Kante linked with a move away from Chelsea, here are three players who might step in to fill his shoes.

Declan Rice, No. 1

For the past two summers, the Chelsea academy product has been linked with a return to Stamford Bridge, and the England international keeps improving each season.

He was one of the most important players in West Ham United's recent success. Rice's return would be beneficial to the Blues because it would provide them another young talent to work with.

Yves Bissouma is number two.

Due to his brilliance for Brighton, the Mali international has been linked with a number of big English clubs.

Bissouma isn't simply a good game-controlling midfielder; he can also win the ball and set others up.

Wilfred Ndidi is number three on the list.

In the English Premier League, the Super Eagles player has been one of the greatest defensive midfielders. When N'Golo Kante departed Leicester City, he was replaced, and the Nigerian international did not disappoint.

Ndidi would be a wonderful match for Chelsea if he could be lured away from Leicester this summer.
