The EU should not make Ukraine a part state in a surged way, European Parliament Vice-President Katarina Barley has said.
"There should be no hurried increases," Barley to the Neue Osnabrucker Zeitung on Saturday. "When you're in the EU, you can't be barred."
She highlighted Hungary, whose moderate government has been blamed by Brussels for dissolving law and order.
