I'm sorry, Ghana! - Bosome Freho DCE apologizes for 'I'm dead' comment.
A couple of days in the wake of proclaiming himself dead, the District Chief Executive (DCE) for Bosome Freho in the Ashanti Region, Yaw Danso has wholeheartedly apologized to Ghanaians for his thoughtless carelessness last Friday.
In a sound accessible to Ghanaguardian.com, Mr. Danso is heard delivering a conciliatory sentiment to government authorities in the locale, his family, the boss and elderly folks of Bosome Freho, the Assembly Members in the region and generally, Ghanaians, for proclaiming himself dead.
"I need to utilize this medium to apologize to you for saying "I'm dead" during a meeting with woman writer. The remark is a sad one, this doesn't address me. I for one know the woman who called me so I offered those remarks out of jokes, not that I need to affront anybody. Excuse me Ghanaians, compassionately pardon me, I'm truly heartbroken, I'm not dead, I'm alive," Mr Danso said.

This comes on the rear of a grumbling made by Assembly Members in the District against the DCE who they blamed for neglecting to address the necessities of the area.
As per the Assembly Members, the DCE has not been on top of issues in his journey to foot the forward match of the locale and that tracking down him to spread the word about their interests was an issue.
Following the grumblings, a columnist called Mr. Danso to fish out the reality of the claims made against him.
Nonetheless, in light of an inquiry presented by the columnist, the DCE answered "They [Assembly Members] say I'm mysteriously gone? ooh! I'm dead". Let them know I'm dead," He told the female journalist in a telephone interview.
The said discussion became a web sensation via online entertainment with a segment of the Ghanaian people attacking the DCE for what they depicted as an affront towards his kin and the great individuals of Ghana.
