GJA ELECTIONS: TOBINCO, DWUMFOUR EXONERATED OVER BRIBERY ALLEGATION 2

Even in my absence as Regional Secretary, he, 'Angel Moses' (petitioner), arranged other candidates' visits to the area, and when they met the delegates, he, 'Angel Moses' (petitioner), took responsibility of collecting and distributing transportation charges to delegates.

Unfortunately, I was chosen to mediate the meeting in the instance of Albert Kwabena Dwumfuor, but because he was not given the chance, he chose to attack the candidate's and my integrity.

Second, his petition seeks to employ constitutional provisions to support his self-interested goals. Unfortunately, all of the delegates present can speak to the devilish practices used to obtain recognition and unwanted attention. During the meeting, nothing was done that was unconstitutional. Unlike him, we are conscious of the organization's ethics and code of behavior.

Even though I offered transportation to all of the journalists, they did not contact me to accept it, but he, the petitioner, called me more than a hundred times on the same day to obtain his transportation price. I had to explain to him that I was too busy to give me briefing space, so when I was free in the evening, I went to a bar where he hangs out with girlfriends. He was there with girls, as usual, so I went with two of my brothers to pay for his transportation. He came for it as I sat in the car.

Ordinarily, knowing that this gentleman is a serial petitioner, I would not have reacted to the whimsical statement, but the fact that the petitioner is questioning the integrity and credibility of all those who were invited to the meeting to hear candidate Albert Kwabena Dwumfuor's vision and aspirations, and the accusations that the transportation offered, which he demanded and collected, was a form of bribe, clearly beats my imagination and all right-thinking people.

This is a gentleman who was accused by local journalists of accepting vehicle tyres as a bribe from Zeal Environmental Technologies in the guise of GJA, but people of the community eventually pardoned him and forgave him, but warned him against doing it again.

Such unethical behavior in utilizing the GJA to seek products and services for his own advantage.

In the name of deception, he named Chairman Tobinco in his petition and accused him of being involved in the bribery claims. Western Region is home to the owner of Atinka Media Group, which employs over 100 journalists. He was the Chairman of a university council meeting at Takoradi Technical University (TTU) and then retired to the Atlantic Hotel with all council members for lunch, which coincided with our meeting with candidate Albert Kwabena Dwumfuor. Then he used the opportunity to describe his relationship with Albert Kwabena Dwumfuor, his brother, and his involvement in founding Atinka Media Group to assist the movement.
