The Yumvita Mommies Workout's second edition came to a triumphant conclusion as participants were treated to an engaging personal experience by the Yumvita brand.
Mommies from various sections of Accra attended the event, which was organized in collaboration with Decathlon Ghana and My-Health-Corp.
Yumvita Mommies Workout is a yearly event hosted by the company with the goal of encouraging a healthy living culture as well as thanking and supporting moms in general.
Mothers were guided through a fun-filled training session interwoven with health talks, music, and dancing throughout the event. Mrs Emmeline Tagoe, Yumvita's Brand Manager, spoke on the topic, Motherhood: Moving Beyond the Narrative of Childbirth, and expressed her thanks to all mothers and women in general for the important role they play in the care of the house.
"We feel that motherhood goes beyond a woman who is pregnant or has given birth since Yumvita is a brand that includes moms and women in general as important stakeholders in its operation." Every woman is either a mother, an aunty, a niece, a cousin, or a sister, and one thing they all have in common is a maternal instinct that manifests itself through love, caring, providing for the house, and ensuring the happiness of the family.
Yumvita salutes all of you as moms, especially for the sacrifices you've made and continue to make for your families." Mrs Tagoe expressed her thoughts.
Participants were treated to nutritious fruit-based smoothies, Yumvita morning snacks, and a variety of fruit selections for everyone in a colorful Yumvita theme atmosphere on the venue grounds.
Yumvita also gave them gift coupons from partners, hampers, and product and souvenir packages.
Decathlon, for one, expressed their delight at the event's success and encouraged moms to take time for themselves and participate in activities that help their mental and physical well-being.
