Barcelona added Brazil attacker Geyse Ferreira to their star-studded team on Sunday, following the eye-catching addition of Lucy Bronze.
Geyse, 24, was the joint best scorer in the Primera Division previous season, with 20 goals, along with Barcelona's Asisat Oshoala.
Geyse accomplished her achievement while playing for Madrid CFF, a team that ended 13th in the 16-team championship, and has since joined a side that has won all 30 of its league games.
Joan Laporta, the president of Barcelona, and Xavier Puig, the director of women's football, witnessed Geyse sign a two-year contract.
Barcelona announced England defender Bronze as a key new signing on Saturday, with the former Best FIFA Women's Player joining after her contract with Manchester City expired.
After leaving the Spanish metropolis for a new home, Geyse is looking forward to her new challenge.
"I've always enjoyed playing against Barca, like every strong team," Geyse told Barcelona's website. "I'm ecstatic to have tied for first place with Oshoala and to be her teammate next season."
"I'm here to assist the team in meeting its objectives."
Last season, Barcelona won the domestic league and cup double, but were denied a successful defense of the Women's Champions League championship in Turin when French powers Lyon defeated them 3-1 in the final.
In the face of interest from Barcelona, Robert Lewandowski will have to fulfill his contractual responsibilities and accept Bayern Munich's decision to keep him.
Uli Hoeness, the former president of Bayern Munich, echoed this sentiment, lamenting the Bundesliga's decision to bar the German top flight from competing in Europe.
Despite having a year left on his contract, Lewandowski has declared his decision to quit Bayern, calling his time with Julian Nagelsmann's side "finished."
"[He has] joined the place of FC Bayern: that is, to practice the option to have the agreement satisfied assuming no option is discovered," Hoeness said in a meeting with G14 Plus.
"I believe Robert will eventually embrace it."
Hoeness has expressed his dissatisfaction with the Bundesliga as Lewandowski's swap tales continue.
