According to The Mirror, Ajax will let Manchester United target Antony leave this summer, but they may miss out on Lisandro Martinez.

The Eredivisie champions are willing to authorize Antony's sale provided a price in the area of £50 million is received for the Brazilian. However, if his teammate joins United, United will be unable to sign Martinez.

Ajax have already lost Ryan Gravenberch and Noussair Mazraoui to Bayern Munich, while Sebastien Haller is expected to join Borussia Dortmund, with Erik ten Hag's previous club unwilling to lose any more vital players. It should also be mentioned that there is a possibility that United will fail to sign BOTH Antony and Martinez.

Arsenal have already had a €30 million deal for Martinez rejected, but if they return with a better offer and win the Argentine international's signature, Ajax will prohibit Antony from departing.

With United still keen on bringing Frenkie de Jong from Barcelona, there is a genuine risk that they will miss out on some of ten Hag's other former players.

Sadio Mane has spoken about his summer transfer from Liverpool to Bayern Munich and the reasons for doing so.

Yeah, there was a lot of supposition, but I'm not a confused kid in my head." Obviously, I know what I want and what is professional, therefore I wasn't even thinking about it because I was still a Liverpool player with huge games ahead of us. For me, that period was crucial for myself, the team, the lads, and the supporters, which is why I was completely focused on it.

I didn't want to say anything since winning the Champions League and the Premier League would have been amazing for me, the club, and everyone. So I wasn't even talking about or commenting on the conjecture because it's a part of football and will always be [this way]. It's perfectly natural.

"Like I said, I spoke to the boss when I was in Southampton on the first day I arrived to the club, and I believe we were not even in the Champions League at the moment." When he called, I replied, 'Certainly.' I just decided in my heart that I'm going to Liverpool because that's where I envision myself in the future.

So, of course, we won a lot, and I had a fantastic time there. We had an incredible time in Liverpool and won a lot. As I often say, my life is always about a challenge, and when the opportunity arose, I told the club that I wanted to leave, that I wanted to go somewhere else to see a new challenge.

"It's nothing more than a challenge for me because I want to always be challenging myself to get better and better."
