The Supreme Court has for the subsequent time neglected to convey its judgment for a situation moving installment of compensations to life partners of the President and Vice President.

The court currently says it will convey its judgment on July 27.

The Court recently demonstrated it was conveying its choice on May 4 and July 22.

Two MPs Rockson Nelson Dafeamekpor of South Dayi, Dr. Forebearing Apaak of Builsa South and confidential resident Frederick Nii Commey documented the activity against the Attorney General.

The Committee had suggested that the First Lady be paid a compensation identical to a Cabinet Minister who is a Member of Parliament (MP) while her significant other is in office and the installment of a compensation comparable to 80% of the compensation of a Minister of State who is a Member of Parliament (MP) assuming the life partner served one full term as President or 100 percent of the compensation of a Minister of State who is a Member of Parliament (MP) assuming that the companion served at least two full terms as President.

The Committee further proposed that the Second Lady be paid a compensation identical to a Cabinet Minister who isn't a MP while her significant other is in office and the installment of a compensation comparable to 80% of the compensation of a Minister of State who isn't a Member of Parliament (MP) assuming the life partner served one full term as President or 100 percent of the compensation of a Minister of State who is a Member of Parliament (MP) assuming the companion served at least two full terms as Vice President.

Be that as it may, the offended parties say Ntiamoa-Baidu Emoluments Committee didn't have the ability to suggest installment of compensations or arrangement of any offices to the first and second woman.

On the rear of this, Mr. Dafeamekpor told pressmen the court should start to embrace innovation to distribute decisions to try not to bother parties with such deferments.

In the mean time, First Lady Rebecca Akufo-Addo and spouse of Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia, Samira Bawumia have both gotten back to the state, pay rates paid to them in 2021.
