There has been speculation of a teachers' union campaign stating that the organization is raising community district teachers by 20% of the Cost Of Living Allowance. They even handed out unforgivable punishment to government officials who showed their assertion by asking their people to write their red pens, signs, and pieces of chalk in anticipation that the organization forgot to put COLA at the end of June 2022. Government officials should note that the 240,000 teachers' strike nationally nothing. Teachers disappear wide enough.
Recently, a Ghanaian worker was denied fair compensation. By 2021, the base for compensation of regional workers was 4%. This year (2022), basic income increased by 7%. Unfortunately this is not enough!
We were told to take a short break, yet the word in the street centers around how the big money was spent; from time to time, to government agents, to gather people, members of Parliament, etc., a certain part of gratitude. That Article 71 of politically sanctioned racial segregation must be urgently addressed. Government officials say they do not have an open finance department; however, it is deemed necessary to make such large proportion of the share for top public servants.
Observing that the elite of the government is undoubtedly rich in modern times gives the impression that the abundance of the country is expected to be forced by a different minority.

To say the same thing to a couple. This smidgen of cases is a yawn of blurry openness that absorbs all the profits of a typical clergyman.
The ever-increasing cost of oil-based sales is similarly a major factor in the pockets of a Ghanaian news expert. In the recent past, government officials have supported the cost of oil-based equipment to reduce the average Ghanaian person. Later, however, assistance was released and workers were made to meet the rising costs of these oil-based products.
Combined with the improvement in fuel costs is the special increase in transportation. Today, transportation costs are rising steadily. The level of promotion is so high that people think it is difficult, if undoubtedly accessible, to travel. We currently pay double the guarantees we used to pay not too long ago.
The extension has similarly produced a vicious attack on the average teacher's salary. At this point, the cost of labor and materials is gone. Considering the above-mentioned reasons, government officials should believe that the commitment is to prevent teachers from initiating COLA. We will not be able to make a real choice without fear of asking our managers to present our gadgets accepting that need.
After all, we teachers have taken a little enough time. Government needs to deal with the dreadful problems we face. Enough reasons. Enough is enough for government officials to help teachers.
