Chelsea and Inter Milan have agreed over a credit move for striker Romelu Lukaku to get back to the San Siro; Belgian re-joined Chelsea from Serie A club for club-record expense the previous summer however scored only eight Premier League objectives; Lukaku will have clinical one week from now
The 29-year-old is supposed to go through clinical assessments one week from now in front of his re-visitation of the San Siro.
The two clubs have concurred a credit move totalling £10.3m, comprised of an advance expense of £6.9m in addition to £3.4m in rewards.
Lukaku has consented to a 30-percent pay slice to smooth his exit, with his profit set to drop from £10m each year after expense to £7m. His wages will be all paid by Inter.

The breakthrough on Tuesday night came after several rounds of negotiations over the past few weeks involving Lukaku's lawyer Sebastian Ledure and Inter chief executive Giuseppe Marotta.
Lukaku scored only eight Premier League objectives in 26 excursions last season in the wake of getting back to Stamford Bridge for a club-record charge.
