According to CBS Sports' Ben Jacobs, Arsenal has agreed to terms with Manchester City forward Gabriel Jesus during the summer transfer window.

The Gunners have been in constant discussion with the Cityzens for Jesus in recent weeks, and they have officially reached an agreement.

However, Jacobs stated on the Football Terrace podcast that the Premier League clubs have reached a verbal agreement.

Jesus is now on vacation in Brazil following the birth of his kid, and a deal might be finalized in 7 to 10 days.

After the transition, the former Palmeiras graduate will earn roughly £220,000 per week. He'll rise to become the club's highest-paid player.

Meanwhile, the Gunners are also interested in his compatriot Raphinha, who is currently under contract with Leeds United.

A gap supply fell well short of the asking price, but there is still a strong interest in acquiring his businesses.

Leeds want roughly £65 million for the 25-year-old, who has been linked with Barcelona, Chelsea, and Tottenham Hotspur.

Man. Utd is set to compete with Chelsea for Dutch star

According to Corriere della Serra, Manchester United is interested in signing Inter Milan defender Stefan de Vrij, who is also desired by Chelsea.

The Dutchman has been a key member at the heart of the Nerazzurri defense, but his contract expires in a year, so he could be on the move this summer.

He has refused to take a new contract with a potential pay cut, and it is now rumoured Manchester United is 'interesting.' The Nerazzurri have refused to rule out a summer exit for him.

This summer, United are expected to hire a new center defender. They were first associated with Jurrien Timber, who made his Ajax debut under manager Erik ten Hag.

There has been discussion about his teammate Lisandro Martinez, but neither will be cheap. Ajax is anticipated to demand €50-60 million for either player.

The Red Devils may be tempted to sign De Vrij in order to bolster numerous other places in the club. He has extensive expertise and might be a good signing in the short term.

The Dutchman is strong in the air and can clear his lines effectively. He does not engage in tackles, yet he may exert control over the situation.

Last season, the 30-year-old completed over 92% of his passes in Serie A. He would complement Ten Hag's style of play and give the Red Devils more time to find a younger centre-back.

United might face strong opposition from Chelsea for the 58-cap Netherlands international. According to reports, he could be available for as little as €15 million this summer.
