According to reports, Todd Boehly, the owner of CHELSEA, has assured Thomas Tuchel that he will permit up to SIX new signings this summer.
American Boehly and Tuchel allegedly spoke this week about the club's transfer strategy.
Stamford Bridge has been mentioned in connection with Raheem Sterling.
According to the Telegraph, the new owner has also offered Tuchel up to six signings before the end of the summer window.
The minimum goal has been set at Champions League qualification, but the ideal scenario would see the Blues competing with teams like Manchester City and Liverpool.
According to reports, Boehly will provide Tuchel a transfer war chest worth £200 million, with the possibility of further monies coming from player sales.
After Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen left the club, further center defense players are required.
Jules Kounde and Matthijs de Ligt, who reportedly submitted a transfer request to Juventus, have both been mentioned in connection with the Blues.
Moving on, SunSport exclusively revealed earlier this month that Raheem Sterling has been earmarked as a potential marquee signing for Chelsea.
Additionally, it has been said elsewhere that the Blues were interested in the Brazilian group Raphinha, Gabriel Jesus, and Richarlison.
The Blues have Jules Kounde on their radar as well.
Senior Chelsea stars want the club to sign Richarlison
Chelsea is apparently interested in Matthijs de Ligt, and Juventus has received a transfer request from him.
Romelu Lukaku has decided to return to Inter Milan on loan, and according to SunSport, Chelsea's players have pleaded with coach Tuchel to sign Richarlison as a replacement.
The futures of Kepa Arrizabalaga, Timo Werner, Christian Pulisic, Hakim Ziyech, Marcos Alonso, and Cesar Azpilicueta are currently in doubt.
After it was announced that Marina Granovskaia would be leaving her position at Chelsea at the end of the month with a £20 million bonus, Boehly is ready to take over management of transfers at the club.
Nevertheless, it is believed that the American merely intends to fill the position temporarily.
The Blues are optimistic that they will be in fine form by the end of the window despite having yet to make any deals this summer.
"The trick is basically working with Tuchel to come up with the best players that are available," a source told Telegraph Sport. We want to make sure that our defense is strong. We have a strong midfield. We don't have an immediate need for a striker.
The market currently offers fair opportunities to meet the fans' desire to be competitive, which is fortunate.
"I believe there are five or six actions we plan to consider making in conjunction.
