A few days earlier, Nasser Al Khelaifi, in an interview with Le Parisien, announced very big changes. More rigor and less bling-bling to achieve the objectives set at the start of the project.
On BFM TV, Mbappé says he is entirely at the disposal of his club for this new vision. He also thinks that it could bear fruit.
“ It's really the will of the club, I'm just getting into this project, I was not at the base of the project. With all the changes that are going to happen, great things are going to happen ,” he said.
Extended until June 2025, Kylian Mbappé is now the figurehead of this PSG with new approaches to grow.

Wayne Rooney has just announced his departure from Derby County, who joined in January 2021. The club has been relegated to English D3.
It's the end of a short adventure between Derby County and Wayne Rooney. The former Mancunian sent a long message to announce his departure.
" Today I met with the administrators to inform them of my decision to leave the club. To be fair to them, they tried to get me to change my mind, but my decision was made. My time at the club was a rollercoaster of emotions, ups and downs, but I have to say that I enjoyed the challenge. Personally, I think the club needs to be led by someone who has fresh energy and who is unaffected by the events that have happened over the past eighteen months. I will remember my time at Derby with great pride and affection and would like to thank all of my staff, players and of course the supporters for their incredible support. I will never forget you and hope to see you all again in the near future and in happier times. Finally, I am aware that the club still has interested parties who wish to take over the management of the club. To them I say this, Derby County is a great club with a great history and great fans. I wish you the best and much success for the future”said Wayne Rooney in the official statement.
