Resuming its month-long event for Asanteman, MTN Ghana is happy to celebrate Ashantifest once more.

Following the Covid-19 outbreak, the event was postponed.

MTN established Ashantifest, an annual regional celebration, to strengthen its relationship with Asanteman and honour the devotion of the region's treasured subscribers who have contributed to MTN's success story.

Exciting events mark MTN's 12th anniversary of Ashantifest.

Numerous life-enriching activities, such as the provision of community improvement projects, sports, and entertainment, have been brought to the doorsteps of multiple towns in the area since the festival's debut more than 11 years ago.

Additionally, there will be regional customers-only special deals available during the event.

The following events are scheduled for this year's celebration:

Twelve communities that play community soccer (MTN Ashantifest Cup), includes Asokore Mampong, Dichemso, Bantama, and Asafo. Tech, Abrepo, Suame, Asokwa, Aboabo, Tafo, Fante New Town, and Kotei Deduako are the other contending teams.

On June 26, the Baba Yara Sports Stadium will host the MTN FA Cup Final.

"Thanks to your dedication and support, MTN has maintained its position as a market leader in the telecoms sector. This is the reason why we have been setting out a month every year for so many years to reaffirm our dedication to providing a distinctive customer experience and starting charitable endeavours to better the lives of others in the area.

One of the many regional festivals created and held by MTN around the nation to strengthen the connection between the company's brand and the areas where it conducts business is Ashantifest. It is presented in recognition of the region's ongoing assistance in the expansion of MTN.

Suncity Fest (BABE Regions), Twin City Fest (Western Region), and Savanna Fest are further regional celebrations organised by MTN (for the five regions of the North).
