A large group of children sang "Happy Birthday to Messi"
At the renowned National Flag Memorial close to the coast of the Parana River, children from a youth orchestra in the Argentinian city of Rosario took the lead with the birthday homage.
The incredible honor was broadcast on local television as part of a brand-new episode of a program called Mundo Leo that is devoted to the Paris Saint-Germain star.
Before the kids made their voices heard with their powerful demonstration, former Liverpool winger Maxi Rodriguez was among others who appeared on TV to wish Messi a happy 35th birthday.
The PSG star celebrated his 35th birthday with friends, including Suarez and former Arsenal and Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas, and their partners yesterday on Sa Ferradura off the north coast of Ibiza.
Messi, his wife Antonela Roccuzzo, and their three kids Thiago, 9, Mateo, 6, and Ciro, 4, have been sharing a six-bedroom mansion on the island that costs £260,000 a week with Cesc and his wife Daniella Semaan.
The PSG star was out for evening drinks with his footballer buddies and their partners at the same time as the "Happy Birthday" homage for the seven-time Ballon d'Or winner in Rosario.
A fortnight after returning from overseas service and taking a vacation at his estate outside of his hometown, he took his family to Ibiza.
Messi's most recent exploits with Argentina included a matchup with Italy at Wembley, which the South Americans won 3-0.
The Messi vacation in the Med is anticipated to be his final before he heads back to Paris to get ready for the upcoming season, which will be disrupted by the World Cup in Qatar.
During his first season in France, the former Barcelona star reportedly earned £600 million.
Marca asserts that he had a staggering £600 million impact on the club's finances.

With the aid of his transfer, PSG was able to strike 10 new sponsorship deals with companies like Dior, Gorillas, Crypto.com, Autohero, GOAT, Smart Good Things, Infinity Sports Water, Geekvape, PlayBetR, Volt, and Big Cola.
PSG's Chief Partnerships Officer, Marc Armstrong, told Marca: "The impact is significant. We have seen growth in places where we could negotiate agreements of between three and five million, and now they are between five and eight million."
