The Manchester United players are working out in an effort to get in shape before the preseason training camp under new boss Erik ten Hag.

Pre-season training will start the day after the Dutch coach gets at Old Trafford on Sunday.

Rashford has been working out in the gym in an effort to get in better shape.

Wan-Bissaka displayed images of himself working out with weights.

McTominay, a midfielder, appears to have gained weight recently.

One of the few United players that stood out last year was Elanga.

Last year, Tuanzebe was on loan at Aston Villa and Napoli.

And in an effort to make an immediate impression on him, his Man Utd players have been working hard in the gym.

Axel Tuanzebe, Anthony Elanga, Scott McTominay, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Marcus Rashford, and Aaron Wan-Bissaka have all posted pictures of themselves bulking up during the summer.

As they attempt to recover from the team's disastrous 2021–22 season, they will be hopeful that the work on their condition would aid them on the field.

When Manchester United's stars report for preseason training the following week, former Ajax manager Ten Hag will greet them.

The majority of his team won't meet him until later, though, as those who have recently served abroad are planning on taking a long vacation.

Rashford and fellow Englishman Jadon Sancho, who were left out of Gareth Southgate's team for the Nations League, are two players the Dutch manager is likely to meet.
Ten Hag won't meet any new recruits because United hasn't brought in any newcomers during the summer transfer window.

Frenkie de Jong and Antony are two players in which the Red Devils are interested, although neither transaction has been successful.

Off the field, there has been progressively increasing fan dissatisfaction.

In a recent meeting with supporters in a Cheshire pub, United CEO Richard Arnold acknowledged that the previous season was a "f***ing nightmare."

Fans were outraged when the Glazers received the majority of the £11 million in dividends distributed to shareholders on Friday.

Additionally, prior to Ten Hag's first home game against Rayo Vallecano on July 31 (a friendly game played at Old Trafford), supporters are organizing an anti-Glazer demonstration.
