Since 2017, Ofori-Atta has not appeared before the Public Accounts Committee - Apaak.

The MP for Builsa South, Dr. Forebearing Apaak, says he has proposed to the initiative of the Public Account Committee (PAC) to propel Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta to show up before them as opposed to his appointees.

Addressing Francis Abban on Starr FM, Dr. Apaak said that similarly as Mr. Ofori-Atta shows up before Parliament by impulse, the Committee will act in a similar way.

 

The MP unveiled that since the seventh Parliament started, the Minister has never showed up before the Public Account Committee, "he has forever been sending his agents with one reason."
