Neymar "has to" move to Stamford Bridge, according to Chelsea star Thiago Silva, as the Brazilian "considers his future" with PSG.

Neymar, according to THIAGO SILVA, "has to" join him at Chelsea. 

As PSG looks to offload the legendary striker, center-back Silva wants to reunite with his Brazil teammate and "great friend." 

Neymar, 30, is most frequently associated with Chelsea. 
Thiago Silva and Neymar, two friends from Brazil, also collaborated at PSG from 2017 until 2020.

Despite scoring 13 goals in 22 games during his injury-plagued season for French champions PSG, the ex-Barcelona great is expected to leave the club. And Silva, a 37-year-old former PSG star, told Brazilian reporters, "He has to go to Chelsea." It will be for the best if it does happen. He doesn't require any further commentary. Additionally, he is a great friend.

"I don't know anything yet, but I hope it works out," the speaker said. 

When questioned by reporters while on vacation in his native city of Recife, Silva spoke candidly about his aspirations. 

Neymar is now a target for Chelsea, 12 years after they unsuccessfully attempted to acquire him from Santos.

Instead, he joined Barcelona in 2013 and later joined forces with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez to form one of the best attacking trios in history. 

Four years later, Neymar made the £198 million transition to PSG. 

Though there are rumors that the 119-cap hero never truly felt at home in France, he appears to have lost some of his shine on and off the field. 

He may now become the marquee acquisition that the new Chelsea owner Todd Boehly is so interested in. 

Additionally, Raheem Sterling of Man City and fellow Brazilian Raphinha, for whom Chelsea made a £55 million bid, have been linked to Chelsea.
