CHELSEA have purportedly connected with Sevilla again to attempt and at long last finish a transfer bargain for Jules Kounde.The Frenchman has become one of Europe's top community backs after some fine performances for club and country.Reports previously arose that 23-year-old Kounde has proactively concurred a five-year agreement to join Thomas Tuchel's group.

That figure has previously administered Barcelona no longer available to sign Kounde.The star as of late caused worry during the international break after an old pelvic issue erupted.
