According to a report from AS Diario in Spain, Bayern Munich is interested in Spain midfielder Rodri. According to the report, Bayern had been tracking Rodri for a month and considered making a bid before learning that the holding midfielder is set to sign a new contract with City, committing his future to the club.

The midfielder began his career with them before moving on to Shakhtar Donetsk, and he is keeping a promise he made to return. His move to Bosman will be confirmed next month, and his contract with City will expire on June 30.
