Much of the talk surrounding Barcelona this summer is focused on potential new arrivals. However, there are many players on the team who are concerned about their positions.

In his final post-match press conference of the season, manager Xavi Hernandez confirmed that several players had been told they could leave the club. Despite the fact that pre-season begins on Monday, July 4th, there has been little movement out the exit door.

Oscar Mingueza, Riqui Puig, Samuel Umtiti, and Martin Braithwaite make up the group in question. According to Mundo Deportivo, Xavi and the club have informed those players that they are not required to attend training. They may also not be called up for Barcelona's tour of the United States later in July.

Braithwaite's case is a little different in that he is not expected to rejoin the team until later in the month due to international commitments in early June.

It's a stark reminder that, as much as Barcelona struggles to bring in players, reshaping the squad requires finding exits for several players. This is most likely the latest step in convincing the players in question that a better future awaits them away from Camp Nou. Finding these destinations at an affordable price, as seen with Philippe Coutinho, is far from easy.

Paris Saint-new Germain's home kit has been unveiled, and their new sponsor couldn't be more fitting for Lionel Messi; it has sparked debate on social media, with Cristiano Ronaldo supporting it.

Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are regarded as the GOATs.

Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are frequently argued to be the GOATs of football.

While some may argue that the new GOAT acronym on the new Paris Saint-Germain shirt has confirmed Lionel Messi's status, Cristiano Ronaldo supporters have quickly reacted.

PSG unveiled their new official home kit ahead of the 2022/23 season, and Messi will not be the only one wearing the GOAT abbreviation, thanks to a new sponsorship agreement. GOAT is a well-known brand that produces trainers, clothing, and accessories.

Although Kylian Mbappe, Marquinhos, Fresnel Kimpembe, Achraf Hakimi, and Marco Verratti all posed with the new shirt, it was only one man who drew the most attention, much to the chagrin of the Ronaldo faithful.

Ronaldo in a PSG jersey, one fan tweeted, before another added, Ronaldo is the GOAT.

Repping his idol CR7, said a third. They're paying tribute to Ronaldo," said another.

Why is Cristiano on the shirt? said another. "Ronaldo is still better, said another.
