Tottenham Hotspur and Richarlison's representatives have agreed to a move to north London this summer. Spurs have beaten off competition from London rivals Chelsea and Arsenal to sign the Brazilian.
Richarlison was Antonio Conte's top target to bolster his forward line, but the Spurs have yet to reach an agreement with Everton. The north Londoners are expected to hold talks with the Toffees in the coming days, with the latter demanding at least £50 million for the Brazilian international.
On personal terms, Richarlison's representatives and Tottenham have reached an agreement. "A new direct contact between the two clubs is scheduled soon to discuss deal details.

Frank Lampard requires funds to oversee a rebuild after escaping relegation in the final weekend of last season. Everton is expecting at least £50 million and is unlikely to agree to Spurs' request to add players in order to reduce the asking price.
Steven Bergwijn, a £25 million-rated Dutch winger, was offered as part of the deal, but Everton declined. Another option was Harry Winks, but it remains to be seen whether Lampard will accept the England international as part of the deal.
Richarlison is not the only player on the way to Spurs, who have already signed three players this summer. Clement Lenglet, a Barcelona defender, is also on his way to the Premier League on a season-long loan, with the two clubs nearing an agreement.
Barcelona and Tottenham are finalizing the terms of Clément Lenglet's loan, including the salary situation. The player is hoping that the negotiations will be completed soon "Romano penned a letter.
In the coming days, Tottenham is expected to complete the double deal for Richarlison and Lenglet. The pair will join Frazer Foster, Ivan Perisic, and Yves Bissouma at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as the club's fourth and fifth signings of the summer.
