Ghana leaders could face contempt charges - Lawyer.

An Accra-based legal advisor has said the police organization can push for the coordinators of the Arise Ghana show to be refered to for scorn.

He made sense of that a stay of execution application being paraded by the initiative of the gathering has not been heard by any court of capable purview.

"It was perfect for the coordinators to have surrendered to the police mandates on the grounds that their visit of execution application has not been heard by the court," Mr Kwesi Fokuo Benini said on Accra100.5FM's morning show Ghana Yensom on Wednesday, June 29, 2022.

"A stay of execution is possibly restricting in the event that it has been heard by a capable court of purview," he made sense of

The nonconformists conflicted with the police phalanx in the midst of the discharging of elastic slugs and poisonous gas on Tuesday, June 28, 2022.

There were wounds on the two sides.

Up to this point 29 of the demonstrators have been captured.

The police, in an explanation, censured the break of the understanding by the demonstrators.

Talking on the Class Morning Show about the episode, Mr Ben Ephson, who is the Managing Editor of the Daily Dispatch, let Kojo Oppong Asamoah know that since the Kume Preko walk drove by Nana Akufo-Addo during the 90s against the presentation of Value Added Tax, "exhibitions have become 'insufficient' at getting state run administrations to alter their perspective".

For example, he noticed that the E-demand was decreased from 1.75% to 1.5%, not as a result of a show.

In his view, the Arise Ghana demonstrators failed to understand the situation by demanding utilizing the Jubilee House street when they had at first concurred with the police that it was too far out.

"I feel that the heads of the Arise Ghana showings have an obligation regarding whatever happens since, in such a case that you've concurred with the police that these are the courses we will take, the police said, 'we'll not permit you on this course', thus, the police hindered the courses you initially needed to utilize and you needed to get through that, no dependable cop or commandant in control will permit you", he said.

"That one, regardless of which government is in power … they [police] won't permit you. I believe that the pioneers have an obligation to bear for their choice to backpedal on their concurred courses with the police", Mr Ephson focused.

He pondered: "What is extraordinary to such an extent that in the event that you don't go to Jubilee House, you can't spread the word?"

"You need to go pass Jubilee House, the police says, 'we will not permit you', you concur: 'alright, we'll go to an alternate course, then you need to go there [Jubilee House] … why, in the event that you don't go to Jubilee House, mightn't you at any point spread the word? Does going to Jubilee House make your message more reasonable? In the event that you have a message, pass it on", he raged.

"You can't go rogue", an irate Mr Ephson said.

"I rehash: I won't stick to any gathering which will renege on a concurrence with the police. For what reason would you like to go to Jubilee House? Has God told you in the event that you go to Jubilee House, you'll be heard better? You put individuals' lives in danger".

"My indignation is that you concurred that 'we'll go through this way'."
