On Tuesday, June 28, Mr. Bice Osei Kuffour led a delegation from Ghana Post and its strategic partner, Three Turns Shipping, to court Royal Mail, one of the largest postal services in the United Kingdom, in an effort to find areas of cooperation and consolidation.

Speaking to a high-profile Royal Mail leadership, Mr. Osei Kuffour stated his aim to create the necessary alliances with industry titans, share information and experiences, and learn best practises while exploring creative methods to provide Ghana Post's consumers with top-notch services.

He hinted that Ghana Post will find inspiration and a chance to learn best practises from leading members of the sector on a visit of the Royal Mail's cutting-edge facilities.

Royal Mail has advanced from an early manual operation to postal services using cutting-edge technology. Despite the fact that Ghana Post and Royal Mail are both members of the UPU, this is the first time a managing director from Ghana Post has visited the 1516-founded Royal Mail on business.

Since Ghana Post was established in 1854 while Ghana was a British colony, the visit of Ghana Post to Royal Mail is still highly important and relevant.

Mr. Bice Osei Kuffour suggested exchanges between the two companies among other strategic partnerships, allowing Ghana Post employees to participate in practical training attachments with Royal Mail while extremely experienced elderly Royal Mail professionals provide consulting to Ghana Post.

Simon Thompson, the CEO of Royal Mail, and his colleagues were ecstatic and astonished by the excitement and Mr. Bice Osei Kuffour made the decision to cooperate with Royal Mail on a working exchange for knowledge transfer with intention.

The Chief Commercial Officer of Royal Mail, Nick Landon, highlighted Royal Mail's openness to collaborate strategically with Ghana Post for the benefit of both companies.

The new managing director of Ghana Post appears to have no end in sight for his desire to take the company to new heights as he pursues new business relationships with major postal organisations throughout the world.

Nick Landon (CCO Royal Mail), Antony Harvey (International Managing Director), Eric Ashiagbor (London Jubilee Plant Manager), Jay Brooks (London Mount Pleasant Manager), and Kevin Cooper attended the conference as representatives of Royal Mail (Head of Processing).

Hanson Owusu, the CEO of Three Turns Shipping, Mr. Robert Asiedu, the Head of International Affairs, Nana Yaw Osei-Darkwa, and Kwesi Gyesi were all members of the Ghana Post team (MD, TTL Belgium).

Odana Consult, a division of GUBA Enterprise UK, hosted the gathering.
