An individual from the Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) Justice Lee Adoboe has recorded an order suit against the swearing-in service of the duly elected president of the GJA, Mr Albert Dwumfour.
Mr Adoboe needs charges of pay off evened out against Mr Dwumfour leading the pack up to the surveys, researched first before the swearing-in quite a while place.

In the request, Mr. Aklorbortu claimed that Mr. Dwumfour "with implied help from the Chairman of Tobinco Group of Company, Mr. Amoh Tobbin, offered individuals from the GJA on favorable terms, [at a meeting], notwithstanding the smorgasbord, a sum ¢500 (sic)to vote in favor of Mr. Albert Dwumfour."
The candidate further asserted that " Mr. Amoh Tobbin , in the expressed gathering at the Atlantic Hotel in Takoradi, advised writers to decide in favor of Mr. Dwumfour to secure and advance his business.
"He said during the past organization, his business experienced under Mr Opuni and that he utilized the media to safeguard his advantage. Accordingly, deciding in favor of Mr. Albert Kwabena Dwumfour to turn into the GJA President will mean security for his financial matter."
Mr Tobbin is heard in the video saying assuming it were something political, he would inquire, "Would it be advisable for me I give a TV [set] or either", which was welcomed with chuckling from the writers present at the gathering.

Mr Dwumfour was the National Organizer of the GJA. His residency terminated in 2020 alongside the old chiefs who clutched their situations because of fights in court that postponed the new political decision.
He is additionally the Group Head for Corporate Affairs of the Tobinco Group of Companies.
