The Police Administration has declared that two of its work force are right now going through a medical procedure because of the viciousness that defaced Tuesday's exhibition by Arise Ghana.
The police in a Facebook post on Thursday said the quantity of harmed officials has expanded from 12 to 15. The harmed officials, as indicated by the police, are going through treatment at the Police Hospital.
"The quantity of officials who were harmed during the primary day of the Arise Ghana exhibition expanded from twelve (12) to fifteen (15). Every one of the officials are being treated at the Police Hospital with two (2) going through crisis medical procedure," the police said on Thursday.
The Service offered thanks to the Minister of Defense and Interior, Ambrose Dery for visiting the harmed officials.
"We are thankful to our area Minister, Hon. Ambrose Dery, Minister for the Interior, for driving a group to visit the officials at the medical clinic. The Police Administration wishes to communicate its appreciation to individuals from people in general for their demonstration of adoration and backing for the impacted officials."
The Police had before declared on Tuesday that 12 of its officials supported different wounds from the Arise Ghana exhibition.
As per the Service, the wounds were supported because of assaults from the dissenters on Tuesday.
"Tragically, all with no incitement, the demonstrators started pelting the police with stones," portions of the delivery expressed.
Many demonstrators had been walking in the roads of the capital starting from the morning, holding up notices perusing "Mr President, how did we veer off-track? what's more "The significant expense of living will kill us".
Around mid-day, around 100 demonstrators attempted to stray from the authority course of the show, AFP writers noted.
