Minority will go against all credit arrangements aside from those for specific purposes - Mahama
Previous President John Dramani Mahama has said that the Minority in Parliament won't endorse any credit understanding postponed in the House except if it is for particular purposes.
He said the colossal measure of monies acquired by Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo's administration is obliterating the nation, adding that the National Democratic Party (NDC) won't make a section in any move that will prompt the annihilation of the country.
"We wish to serve notice that the NDC in Parliament won't uphold any further non-concessionary acquiring or credits that are not project explicit with clear and pervasive terms of the advantages to our country.
"We won't participate in that frame of mind of the Ghanaian economy, which this administration shows up so keen on doing," he said at the Think Progress Ghana Launch in Accra.
Mahama emphasized that this administration has neglected to focus on its necessities which has prompted absence of satisfactory assets for the significant requirements of the country notwithstanding having acquired to such an extent.
"The genuine issue with our economy isn't that we need more cash to spend on need needs requiring seriously getting, yet it is that we have acquired excessively and a lump of our incomes is going into overhauling obligations, leaving very little for whatever else.

Mahama served notice that the NDC won't uphold the US$1 billion partnered credit arrangement government is looking for from unfamiliar banks.
