The direct approach Erik ten Hag takes is encouraging for Manchester United supporters.

Erik ten Hag has only been practicing with Manchester United for three days, but he has already made an impression.

Fans are inspired by what they have seen after the Red Devils shared footage from every practice day so far.

Ten Hag has assumed a leadership position and seems to be quite involved, giving players direct directions on how they should play.

This week, Mitchell van der Gaag, Eric Ramsay, and Steve McClaren have all been engaged in training.

In one video, he interrupts training to take control of where the ball should be passed, using terminology like "lay-off" and "third-man run" to convey his ideas.

In other footage, his coaches can be seen going hands-on as well, including Steve McClaren, who has rejoined United as an assistant manager.

In an effort to uphold Ten Hag's standards, the former England manager is heard encouraging his team to concentrate on the "detail" alongside fellow new coach Mitchell van der Gaag.

The third-man run is one modest alteration that will be a part of United's general attacking philosophy, as Van der Gaag is heard telling the teammates to provide it.

In his McClaren Performance Podcast, McClaren made a public statement regarding the coaching staff's efforts to improve the team's daily routines and behavior in order to achieve success.

So much chatter about new players and appointments, he complained.

"Changes like this are more significant to me than any signing, Change is made through daily operations, not by adding more personnel. That is true of any club.

Although United have yet to demonstrate any changes on the field, several supporters are inspired by the strategy employed by Ten Hag and his team.

A supporter tweeted: "A manager who is incredibly precise with his attention to detail and diligent in his planning.

"He is a manager that wants to be involved in everything and is very hands-on. It is breathtaking to view. There is nothing but good for these players in him.

Another person said, "I'm astonished to hear a United boss discussing tactics; I already adore Erik."

"Already better than Pep & Klopp together," a third person remarked.
