The Universal Postal Union in Switzerland has recognised Ghana Post as having the best EMS customer service worldwide.

Ghana Post is earning the honour for the second time. The renowned award honours EMS Best Cooperative Members with the top Call Centers.

In a brief interview, Kwaku Tabi Amponsah, the Deputy Managing Director of Ghana Post, stated that Ghana Post has long been devoted to provide top-notch service to its international partners, clients, and stakeholders.

Ghana Post receives a global recognition for the best EMS customer service.

"We will keep putting a high priority on customer satisfaction as a crucial growth indicator of Ghana Post, especially with the introduction of technology-enhanced services and client-centered innovations. We are prepared to meet the high standards of providing excellent customer service and deliver value for their money," he continued.

The EMS Cooperative Board chose the winners based on how well they performed the previous year. The Universal Postal Union (UPU) International Bureau hosts the EMS Cooperative Customer Care Awards each year in Switzerland at a special award presentation at the EMS Cooperative General Assembly.

The EMS Cooperative, a part of the Universal Postal Union, brings together more than 170 member nations to offer EMS, the quickest cross-border postal service.

The EMS Cooperative encourages collaboration among its member posts to offer consumers a competitive, high-quality Express Mail Service (EMS) on a global scale.

Significant adjustments at Ghana Post over the past few years have elevated the company's brand recognition. The company appears to pursue the widespread acclaim from postal customers and many Ghanaians.

Ghana Post was named one of Ghana's Top 100 brands across sectors in May of this year at the National Brands & Innovations Awards.

Most people may be certain that Ghana Post is prepared to dominate the postal and courier businesses in the country thanks to the company's recent expansion of its fleet.
