Chelsea have named an external review team to investigate allegations of bullying at the PL club
Chelsea have named an outer survey group to examine claims of harassing at the Premier League club that arose before this week.In a report distributed by the New York Times on Wednesday, a few previous and ebb and flow representatives from Chelsea's showcasing division depicted a "harmful working environment culture" at the club which prompted the flight of no less than 10 individuals.
The report added that Richard Bignell, the previous head of Chelsea TV, serious self destruction in January, with a coroner's report connecting his passing to "despair following the deficiency of his job."A bunch drove by Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital obtained Chelsea in May after Roman Abramovich put the club available to be purchased following Russia's attack of Ukraine.
"The club's new board accepts emphatically in a work environment climate and corporate culture that engages its representatives and guarantees they have a solid sense of security, included, esteemed and trusted," Chelsea's board said in a statement."Initial steps have been taken by the new proprietors to impart a climate reliable with our qualities. Our heart goes out to Richard's whole family.
"His passing has been profoundly felt by his associates at the club and across the football local area. The club has designated an outside audit group to explore the claims that have been made under past proprietorship."
The club added that their new proprietorship has connected with Bignell's loved ones.
