The Individual from Parliament for Effutu, Alexander Afenyo-Markin has said there is a contrast between the ongoing government looking for help from the Global Money related Asset (IMF) and that of the recent Public Vote based Congress (NDC) organization.

He said the past Mahama organization race to the IMF subsequent to fumbling the economy.

As indicated by him, the Akufo-Addo government is looking for help from the IMF because of the tensions from the Coronavirus pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine war.

He said this when the Clergyman of Food and Horticulture Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto was responding to inquiries in the House.

"This real to life choice by the public authority through an explanation by the Priest of Data, it is like they have close to zero insight into IMF. You (NDC) have been to IMF when you were not defied by a worldwide emergency. You went to IMF in light of blunder. For what reason would you say you are presently letting us know that we are going to IMF?

"Mr Speaker, when they were in government there were no global emergency at this point they went to IMF," he expressed.

Recently, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo trained the Money Priest to draw in the IMF for a monetary bailout.

In an explanation endorsed by Data Pastor, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, President Akufo-Addo had a phone discussion with the IMF Overseeing Chief, Miss Kristalina Georgieva, passing Ghana's choice on to draw in with the Asset.

Ghana races to IMF looking for money related help to give equilibrium of installment support as a component of a more extensive work to stimulate Ghana's work back despite difficulties prompted by the Coronavirus pandemic and, as of late, the Russia-Ukraine emergencies, as indicated by the explanation from the administration.

This is the second time Ghana is looking for help from the Bretton Wood organization in seven years after the nation drew in them in 2015 under the past John Dramani Mahama's administration.

In February 2022, the Money Pastor, Ken Ofori Atta, said Ghana won't get back to the IMF for a bailout in spite of the mounting financial difficulties.

As indicated by him, Ghana is a country of pride and will look for answers for the ongoing monetary difficulties it is looking inside.

"I can say we won't the IMF. Anything we do, we are not. Outcomes are critical, we are a glad country, we have the assets, we have the limit. We are not individuals of diminutive sight, but rather we need to continue on.

"So we should consider our identity as a solid glad individuals, the sparkling star of Africa, and we have the ability to would anything we like to do in the event that we communicate in one language and guarantee that we share the weight in the issues ahead," Mr Ofori-Atta told a get-together at the E-Duty municipal event in the Northern Provincial Capital of Tamale.
