Now, it's being reported that Barcelona and Robert Lewandowski have reached a deal.

A year before his contract ends, Lewandowski is being strongly linked to a move away from Bayern Munich this summer.

The striker and the club's management are no longer on the same page, and he has made it known that he wants to take on a new challenge this summer.

Barcelona is very interested, but Bayern are not cooperating, still demanding a high price for their 33-year-old player despite his precarious contract.

They claim that the striker's age is not really a concern because he has more than 40 goals in the last two seasons.

Sport claims that although Barca has made a proposal to Bayern for about £34 million, a deal has not yet been reached.

But in the interim, it's rumored that Barcelona and Lewandowski have made a deal to finalize a contract.

According to reports, the striker guaranteed Barcelona his future in exchange for a proposed contract, provided they could reach an agreement.

Barcelona does have persistent financial problems, but the upcoming sale of important assets, as authorized by the board, should help.

Mohamed Salah's Huge Contract Details Revealed, He Could Earn More Than Previously Thought

If Liverpool's new contract with Mohamed Salah includes performance-based bonuses, he could make more than £400,000 per week at the club.

After months of drawn-out contract discussions, Salah, 30, committed his long-term future to Liverpool by agreeing to a new three-year deal with the team on Friday.

The bulk of reports indicate that the Egyptian international is slated to make £350,000 per week under the terms of his new contract, making him the highest-paid player in Liverpool history.

According to a recent report from the Liverpool Echo, the forward might earn much more money if he keeps up his good work.

Salah has reportedly agreed to a "highly-incentivized" contract with Liverpool that could "beyond the £400,000 mark if his performance-based criteria is reached," according to the article, which claims to give the "inside account" of those negotiations.

The focus of the criteria, according to reports, is on goal involvements and contributions that Salah allegedly considers "attainable."

It is alleged that during negotiations in the United States at the beginning of the year, the basic framework of the contract was decided upon.

Prior to negotiations slowing down as Liverpool pursued the quadruple in the season's final months, Salah's representatives issued Liverpool a fresh list of demands early this year.

Given the significance of the game and the impact from the security incident that tarnished the final and inconvenienced thousands of Liverpool fans, no substantive discussions were held in regards to the team's Champions League final loss to Real Madrid.

But this week, an agreement was finally reached, putting an end to months of rumors about Salah's whereabouts.

The study also exposed the extreme lengths Liverpool took in order to prevent leaks during the contract negotiations' closing stages.

The majority of the agreement was reached between Fenway Sports Group president Mike Gordon and Salah's agent Ramy Abbas in Miami at the turn of the year, and a delegation headed by sporting director Julian Ward was sent to Salah's summer vacation destination to finalize the contract.

According to the story, individuals who traveled there were "sworn to secrecy" to prevent the news from leaking out before the club could seal the deal and make an official announcement.

Salah stated in an interview that he was "ready to go again" following the previous campaign, in which Liverpool won the FA Cup and Carabao Cup but came up short in the race for the Premier League and Champions League titles.

Salah told Liverpool's website, "We experienced some setbacks, but this is football.

I've liked playing football here for the team, and I aim to keep doing so and win lots of trophies.
